Got a notice of delivery attenpt four days after estimated delivery date. Carrier did not knock just left notice. When the item arrived one of the panels was badly damaged and unusable. Hayneedle emailed me that they would take care of the problem and asked how many panels were damaged. I replied only one and have heard nothing else from them.

Overall a good kennel, however door can be pushed or pulled open as the latch does not tighten down.

The kennel is great for a large dog. It was easy to assemble and meets my needs of a temporary area for the dog to be while I work in the yard. I like to have the dog untethered and this application works for me. The only issue I had was installing the cover to the kennel. One of the post that the metal arch slides into had weld splatter in the hole and I couldn't get the tube into the hole. I had to use another post to secure metal arch. It worked out, but I would inspect weld area in future.

You still need a concrete or wooden pad on the bottom plus a top. With the cost being close to $1000 you'd think it would at least come with a top!!! We live in the country so the coyotes can easily scale this so now we have to search for some sort of top!!!! Plus we need a bottom pad as our beagle has tunneled out twice!!!!

when we uncrated the 4 sides we found we got a full gate instead of the 1/2 gate that we were to get..
