Comments about EZ Transport Kennel:
The product is well built. It is longer than noted due to sliding door on front which adds about 2". The shipping is a nightmare and Hayneedle passes the buck to the freight company and tells you, the customer, to deal with figuring out when your product will arrive. Unfortunately no customer service here. I would recommend the product but not purchased here unless you get FedEx ground or ups ground, not pilot freight!
