We purchased the mid size. This dog house has a stylish design and the size is good for small dog no more than 15-20 lbs. The only complaint is that during mid-to-heaving raining days it does get wet. Our workaround is to tape up with plastic wrap and that solved the wet condition issue.

my dog house arrived today and i think my little dog liked the packaging as much as he liked the dog house. the dog house is much better than it looks with a heavy duty shingled roof and its sturdy.plus its really cuter than i expected...organized packaging as well as organized directions and i love it cause the rain is on the way.

Its a good value for the money. The best aspect is it's charming design. I use it for warm weather outdoors. It would not be useful for cold weather. It is very easy to set up. It is not very sturdy for large dogs and long term use.

I was looking for a shingled roof and one that was not too steep so savannah could navigate it from the ledge or go from the roof to the ledge outside our kitchen window . also was looking something off the ground a few inches to avoid rotting from the bottom . I like that the wood istreated and it it is leak proof .. Its colorful I scented it with cat nip so the they go into something new .. they seem to enjoy the porch ....
