I love it! It keeps my boxer dry from the weather, big enough for him to fit comfortably, and he took to it right away. I put a nice cushion in there with a blanket and it stays dry and keeps him comfortable. He loves it. I just wish the roof would lift on one side to make it easier to sweep out. But let me add it does not need it too often. Easy to put together, especially with a power tool. I did not use one and it was still easy.

The dog house is very attractive however it is not that sturdy. The wood is thin and fragile. The patio has already broke (took less than a week) under my dog's weight and he only weighs 50 pounds. The whole house took maybe 2-3 hours to assemble by myself (a girl). Overall, I get a lot of compliments because it looks good- but you get what you pay for.

I couldn't be more unhappier with this dog house. For the price we paid ([$]!!!) I expected this house to be strong as bricks. We haven't even owned it for more than 6 months and it's fallen apart~literally! We even kept it on our deck. I wish we would have just built one. Total waste of money :o(!

I have a 6 month old Doberman puppy and he will outgrow the house when full size or at least need to bend down somewhat low to enter, but once inside he should have enough room to lay down at least. It looks nice outside the house. The front porch is kind of small depending on your dog's size, had to take the section off that goes across the front.
