This looks great & sets up easily. Nice framework and roof but the walls & flooring are very light weight. No insulation due to thin walls and I'm guessing they won't weather well so would be best in warm area and with smaller, lightweight dogs. My mini-bulldog pups loved it immediately but will be too big for it in the long run. Good thing I always have puppies! Good for multiple 10-15lb dogs and very cute.

quick delivery and in good condition. this was very easy to assemble and not too many parts/screws to figure out. It is however, not insulated so I lined it with Tyvek housewrap inside using a staple gun before I put it together. Also cut blue insulation board and taped it inside before I attached the roof. I think that will break winds coming in and hold animal heat. I bought this for my 2 dogs and 3 cats as a security measure in case they can't get in their electronic pet door and it's cold. otherwise, they will enjoy it in warmer weather when they spend more time outside. I have it under a carport to protect it better from the weather.

FIRST OFF THE DOG HOUSE WAS VERY NICE LOOKING, BUT I ORDERED AN EXTRA LARGE HOUSE. THE BOX WAS CORRECT BUT THE HOUSE INSIDE WAS A LARGE HOUSE. SECOND WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A HOUSE I ENTERED INSULATED DOG HOUSES AND THIS HOUSE STATED INSULATED. IT IS NOT INSULATED. I RETURNED BECAUSE I WANTED TO USE FOR MY TWO DOGS (A LAB AND A GOLDEN RETRIEVER). THEY SLEEP TOGETHER. THE LARGE WOULD NOT BE BIG ENOUGH PLUS I REALLY WANTED SOME INSULATION. IT IS A NICE HOUSE IF YOU DONT WANT INSULATION.

we really like it, we did not care much for the color, so we painted it green and white to match our house colors since we are keeping it indoors. We sure hope our puppy likes it as much as we do, we are still working on some upgrades.
