I purchased 2 houses. Both were assembled in about 1 and 1/2 hours total. They are beautiful. My dogs are in California and the houses are in Missouri so it will be another 2 months before they can give me their opinion.

The cedar smells so good and is very easy to assemble. I put it together in a matter of 20 minutes tops.
