The Duplex Dog House is an attractive solution for anyone with two dogs. This attractive duplex design features an interior partition, providing each dog with its own place to relax. 


This dog house boasts a top-quality construction using solid cedar wood 2x2 slats with redwood stain for lasting beauty. Tongue-and-groove flooring and siding make certain this dog house will stand up to heavy use, year after year. Roof panels are lightweight and removable for easy cleaning. Some basic assembly is required. This doghouse includes cedar screw plugs to cover all hardware holes, resulting in a clean, finished appearance to enhance any landscape.

        My 2 labs chewed off two floor panels, the inside panels, including insulation and several other spots on the dog house, all in one day!! If your dog is a chewer don't get this dog house.

          Our duplex just showed up today and we already got it under the porch! We love it so far and expect it to last a long time. When we first were taking it out of the box, we were disappointed because it seemed like it was going to be flimsy. I expected the wood to be a little thicker then it turned out to be but once we got it together it seemed fine. The house ACTUALLY looks like the picture, another pro it has! What you see is what you get! We had to go pick it up about 2 miles down the road because the truck driver was afraid of getting stuck in our subdivision but it was ok because it came in 2 boxes which my husband and I were able to lift together without me having to strain! My husband was very skeptical about the site saying installation in 20 mins but wow!! they are right. We took everything out of the box and layed it out and he got his drill out and it was very easy! The wood actually lines up perfectly!!! If you have power tools this house is easy as pie to put together.We have a great dane/lab mix and a german mix and they actually fit together on one side of the dog house. I do wish the partition was removable but you almost have to have it in there for support! That's the only down side about it but like I said, they fit together on one side if they want to so guess that doesn't matter. It is very stylish and looks great in the backyard. Our girls live like queens now :)The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because I thought the wood could be a bit thicker however for the price we got it at... WOW you can NOT beat it!! I shopped around for a month before we got this one and we are both gald we chose this one!!

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
