This is a great alternative to a crate. It is a stylish dog house that blends well with other household furniture. The only negative is that my 6 month old puppy is utilizing it as a chew toy. It might have been a better idea to wait for my dog to be a little older before introducing it to him.

He was sleeping in it soon as I built it, the memory foam is very comfortable and he enjoyed it. The Toy storage is perfect because he has a lot of toys. This dog house is made out of very good material and is better than last 1 I had that I bought from Petco that was made out of cushion and held up with Velcro.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This dog house is so cute and easy to set up. My dog is 10 Lbs. so he's on the larger side for the small size but he slept in it all night last night. To get him used to it, I left the toy compartment on top off and left the roof half open and he liked that a lot. A great product and looks good in the house.

The package was delivered a day earlier than expected and everything was in perfect order. I would definitely use Haystack again.
