I bought this for the 12 feral cats I know of but after I opened up the box I noticed chipped wood in a few places and most importantly a 2 foot crack on the hinges of the roof so therefore I couldn't even put it together but I have noticed the packaging that the house came in. I personally don't think it's due to bad craftsmanship but simply whoever packaged this up didn't do a good job at wrapping the pieces of wood and during shipment it broke. Otherwise I have no complaints just please make sure when u order to tell them to take their time in packaging so that the wood doesn't break during shipment. The customer service at this place is out of this world they have an outstanding customer service representative especially Teresa and another girl forgot her name she was on the phone with me for over 3 hours helping me I almost wanted to sent her a present after this. These people will help u with whatever question u need answers to and they won't rush u or seem aggravated. They are the examples of the kind of people that every customer service representatives should be. Thank you girls for helping me with my purchase I will definitely be placing future orders.

This house was very easy to put together, at least so far, I haven't connected the heater yet. The roof and right side arrived with defects. I have used roofing sealant to try to fix it. The floor appears weak so I don't know how long it will last. Thereare spaces between the wood on the floor so I don't know how I will keep the heat inside the house. It looks as if I'll have to make modifications to make this house more efficient.

The door opening is actually too large a medium size dog does not need that large of opening.
