I had tried to order through Petco which was a nightmare from the start. Found this company on line and the pricing was great. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. Spoke to two of the most pleasant and professional customer service reps ever (they should get a raise). The door arrived before the set arrival date and it was exactly what I ordered and very well made (not flimsey at all). The only reason I did not check easy to install is I had no intention of installing it. My freind installed it and he had no issues. It's perfect. I work with Coastal German Shepherd Rescue and have 5 large dogs here. The only thing that might work better for my dogs who have been through a lot in their lives, would be a clear flap so that they could see through it. Might be easier to teach them with a clear flap. The bottom line is this was the easiest on line order I have ever placed.

If used on panel doors, plan on a lot of caulking to seal around frame.
Due to poor design of screw assembly method of door installation, door is a brute to install. Screws need to be much longer so that they can be easily aligned with assembly holes. Dimensions given for door cutout do not account for room taken up by screws. Needs a design improvement concerning screws.
