It's constructed of sturdy thermoplastic (ABS) with an inner telescoping frame, and it allows easy, secure installation. Dual-pane LEXAN hard panels have an air gap in-between, and the flap design prevents ears, paws, and tails from becoming trapped. The spring-loaded locking slide enables one-handed use, and insulation for maximum energy efficiency means that you won't lose warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer.
