We purchased this for one of our three rescue dogs, two of them are recent rescued puppies. We were looking for a large crate that we can use as a table too since we are going to have three of them in our living room. We found this crate and selected it because of its looks, after all we do not want our living room looking like a kennel. We were surprised to find out that it comes with a divider for making the crate space smaller for a puppy. We will purchase a second crate now for the second puppy since he outgrew the temporary one. The only thing we do not like and the reason for only four stars is that a piece to complete the base keeps falling since it is only "attached" by magnets.

We are getting a new Sheltie puppy in 2 weeks and we want to train her to sleep in a crate. I wanted to put the crate in our living room and loved the attractive design of this one. It looks great with our other furniture and now our puppy will have a stylish room to retreat in. It was very easy to put together.

This crate works perfectly for us. We like the durability of the wire crate but didn't want an ugly wire crate in our bedroom. This was the perfect compromise. This crate is now the dog's bed and my nightstand.

My dog and I are very pleased with our purchase. Not only does it give her plenty of room (she is only a 10 pounder) but also gives me a nice looking table with a useable top,is quite sturdy, & fits nicely in our small bedroom.I also like that you have a choice as to which door you want to open.

We bought this for my Mom for Christmas and it was a huge hit. Both she and "Holly" loved it. It looks as rich and attractive in real life. The only draw back is, once assembled, you cannot pick it up or it will all fall apart. It is held together by gravity only. I am sure for those who want to use the crate for travel that is important. However, she doesn't plan to do that. So, a suggestion, add some optional fasteners for those of us who would like to make the cover permanent.
