I bought this product because I have another one that is 5+ years old. 2 months later, the new one is broken. The zipper is broken. I noticed that the fabric between the teeth of the zipper is frayed. The product does not seem to be made as "durable" as my previous one. I called Hayneedle they have a 30 day return policy. The Manufactuer's Warranty is also 30 days. I am stuck with a dog kennel that does not work and is not even 60 days old. The company has no policy to work with the customer on any kind of discount for a new purchase. Be careful when buying from Pet Gear and HayNeedle! You get what you get!

Product was a replacement for pet gear crate we have had for years. The dogs love the old one so we sought to replace it with an almost identical crate. I had the new crate for 1 day. The so-called locking joints did not lock making the crate unstable. It is not usable in such a condition so I returned it. [...] In the meantime my 2 small dogs will have to make do with the old one.
