Comments about Kennel-Aire Extra Large Remington Plastic Dog Carrier:
Both crates arrived broken, despite the packaging around them! Not a good omen considering that they are supposed to protect your pet and be sturdy to withstand potentially rough handling and your dog trying to get out... The colors are nice, but the material is cheap. Considering that the price is close to Petmate's SkyKennel, which is made out of fiberglass and practically indestructible, I would choose the SkyKennel ANY day over Remington plastic crates - especially for larger dogs and if you use the crate a lot.
Service and delivery comments:
Shipping was included, which is nice for such large packages. Delivery timeline was okay, the return process seems quick and easy.
