    No longer Airline Approved

    Purchased for airline travel, but found out that United Air, Alaska airline, Northwest Airline and many other major airline no longer accepted plastic peg attachments. They all say on their site kennel must be secured with Metal Nuts and bolts. Fortunately I was able to find a kit to modify the crate at dryfur.tv they sell a universal hardware kit that fits all kennel brands and sizes and replace the plastic pegs with solid metal Nuts and bolts. So over all the crate worked fine.

    The plastic seems thin, and the door is flimsy. The locking mechanism has to be fiddled with to close properly.

      We shipped our American Bulldog puppy "Bronx" from New York to Arizona. The kennel was easy to put together and very sturdy with lots of room for our big fella. The kennel doesn't have a handle but my son was able to carry it with no problem. Bronx arrived safe and sound and my son will now use the kennel for training. This is a great product and Hayneedle had the best price!
