This is for my dog only when left alone in the car for short periods. I wouldn't keep my dog in it for hours as the unit is a little flimsy and a chewer could probably get in trouble with this one. Definitely worth the money though for short time use.

customer service personnel have been nice

Unhappy customer ordered 2 only received 1 am waiting now several days to have this matter taken care of needed the crates for shipment and had ordered in plenty of time I have been charged for both items but still had to go out and purchase another crate probably will not order again

Product shipped and delivered quickly. Was given a shipping tracking number to monitor progress of shipment.

I bought and sent this crate to my breeder in advance so our new puppy could be air-shipped.

I found that option to be very convenient as I know exactly how much the crate cost me in advance.

Breeder did not have any problems with assembly or quality...I read an earlier review about the product being flimsy...

Breeder attested that this crate compares favorably to any other given platic dog crate of similar dimensions.

This crate came with plastic food/water dish...Which are a mandatory airline requirement to ship live animals by air...I'm not sure if any of the other crates come with them or not, but I certainly would ask prior to purchase as the dishes cost about 7-10 dollars at your local pet store which would add to the overall expense.

Product also comes with airline-required decals for live-animal shipment (which will also save $$ if you have to purchase separately).

Overall, I think it was a good purchase and worth the money.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was very expedient...I was given a tracking number to monitor the shipping progress.

From purchase to delivery was 6 days.

Item arrived in good condition with no issues.

A pleasure to do business with.
