Product Guarantee

This product has a one-year warranty, covering workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products if found to be defective within one year of normal use. All Canopies from this manufacturer meet the minimum requirements of flame resistance established by the California State Fire Marshal for products identified in section 13115, California Health and Safety Code. This is indicated on a label attached. Although there is no indication of adherence to the federal fire code on the labeling, the California Fire Code exceeds the federal standards. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, snow or ice are not considered defects. Next-Day replacements will require shipping charges. We do not guarantee these canopies in snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to protect against damages caused by the sun, rain, tree sap, birds, etc. They are not designed to hold the roof loads that accompany snow or ice. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits. If you know that a strong weather front is coming, remove the cover. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.
