The Coolaroo was easy enough to set up with the provided instructions & hardware. We used loctite & all is well. My 3 Dobermans use the bed & like to lay on it , it keeps them off th cold floor. In summer I'll take it outside since it's easy to clean & lightweight.
Definitely a bargain for a truely LARGE dog bed!

You definitly need three people to put the bed together, and someone who is really strong. I'm not sure what the other customers are talking about when they say it was easy to put together..unless they're body builders in their spare time, this bed it extremely hard to put together!! In order to fit the actual bet part onto the steel rods you have to stretch the material to fit. Well needless to say the material is a tough/heavy duty canvas that doesn't stretch. So after about an hour I got it together! Well my dog hates it, she would rather lay on the hard porch then sit in the bed. So it's now a bird perch, water collector, sometimes seat for an extra person, but not a dog bed.

Think twice about getting this, your dog would probably like a dog bone much more than another bed!

    The bed arrived quickly and there was NO shipping charge. I had these beds years ago when I had Dobermans and they loved having their own place on the deck. I now have a spoiled only child Papillon who gets on the white couches outside and I bought this bed in the hopes of breaking her of jumping up on couches and leaving tiny muddy footprints. Hasn't happened so far. She'll get in it if I insist, but not choosing it on her own yet.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Was hoping this would help our dog sleep better, as he has hip and knee issues. He won't get on it, as the mesh is too slippery for his feet, making him "unsure" and he immediately gets off it.
