Description

The Snoozer Pets Cosy Cave has a sheepskin pocket designed so that all small pets can snuggle with the comfort of a sheepskin cover on top of them as well as underneath. A cover support keeps the top cover in place so it can be easily entered. The Cosy Cave comes in three sizes: 24-inch, 35-inch, and 45-inch diameter. This little pet cave features a poly/cotton fabric on the exterior top, bottom, and side wall, and a faux lambswool top and interior cover. There are handsome, sturdy brass zippers on the exterior cover and the filling is composed of fine-spun polyester and cedar. The Cosy Caves cover is washable and due to its polycotton composition, will maintain its color and fresh-looking appearance for years to come. All Snoozer products are "Made In America"

I thought that it was I (ME, myself alone) that was uncomfortable sharing my bed with TWO 9 pound chinese cresteds and one 3.7 pound in-your-face chihuahua. Boy, was I wrong! The minute the bed arrived, I swear to you that I have NEVER seen the three amigos sleep SOOOOO well! I envy that kind of deep, deep snoozy-woozy-look on their faces! They drifted off in 3 seconds into absolute bliss in that bed. The size I got was "large" and it is a bit too large but there's lots of room for stretching toes and long necks around (the way cresteds do, I mean). I would wish that they sold a round metal "egg-basket"-like but shallow floor base to support the cushion. It would help give these little muskateers some extra firmness as they climbed up and look much more aesthetic than just a big pillow on the floor. Please! Hint, hint!! :) Woof! I hope it lasts a long time. We have the tartan one, by the way.

Small is too big

I purchased 3 of these beds. We have 3 doxies between 9-15 lbs. We got the small size but these beds are too big for my dogs. They seem to be very thick and cushy, which is great but my dogs don't weigh enough to hold down the center and they roll clear to the back or sides and end up off the fleece bedding and just laying in a crack. I have considered putting something very heavy in the center to "make a nest" for them to lay in. Doxies love to burrough so getting deep inside is okay for them. I am not sure how well they will clean as they are still new but it may be difficult to get the cover back on-will wait and see. We will certainly make them work some way as they were too expensive to give up yet.

I have two older pugs - I wished the bedding inside was made of a round stiff foam as it is too soft for them and sometimes it's hard for them to get a footing to stabilize themselves in order to get out.

I ordered two medium sized beds for my two smaller dogs, 15 lbs and 22 lbs. I chose the medium based on reading reviews that the small was very small. I kinda wished I had ordered the small beds now. The medium is BIG. Too big to put on my couch, which is where my dogs like to sleep. They do however love these beds. My dachshund immediately got in the bed and stayed for hours. My bigger dog (25 pound red heeler puppy) likes the beds also, even though they weren't intended for her!

Since she always buries herself at the bottom of the bed, I thought my dachsund would love this product. Unfortunately she only has use of her 2 front legs, and the padding and bed are too high for her to curl into. The bed looks like it is very well made but I must return it for a flatter bed.

I bought this large size bed for my 62lb golden retreiver. I could get my dog in it if I folded him in half. Its a large bed but being used for my 15 lb cat. Unless your dog likes to crawl into TIGHT spaces don't bother with this bed. Only good thing is the fabric but the inside really collects hair.
