Ordered one tent and the cross poles snapped within 4 days of assembly of tent. Company sent another tent (at no charge) and within 24 hours the cross poles snapped again.

We love the Pet Tent...it seems to be just like a regular size tent only miniature. It is adorable. However, only 4 days after assembly, with little use, one of the supporting poles just snapped. We called the company and another one is already on the way. We would still recommend the product... hoping this is just an aberration.

I took two of these to our National Specialty, completely across the country. Both tents fit into my suitcase and didn't cause an overweight charge and took up very little room. Friends had warned me that the dogs would just use them as gerbil balls and roll around in them. Not so. The tents were sturdy and the dogs could have the flaps up or down and they were completely happy in them. I won't entirely credit the tent with Beau winning Sweepstakes at the National Specialty, but if he had been unhappy, he would not have done so well. Thank you for a wonderful product!!!!
