Great Barrier!
Arrived very quickly, easy to assemble and install. The only negatives I can see, are the dogs are not too thrilled about being banished to the rear and having no one to lick!

1. i wanted it to put behind the front seats in my ford escape. three "trombone" assemblies are not enough by two.
2. the wing nuts are so small and installed so close to the tubes that it is impossible to get enough torque on them, with your fingers,to keep the "trombones" from sliding during or after assembly.
3. the "trombones have too little friction in that my german shepard just noses them back in into the outer tubes gaining access to the drivers seat. which is what i'm trying to prevent. He is very insistent that he is close to me at all times.
4. there were no support feet included whereas the list of parts shows and lists them. I had to purchase some hardware to make them safe for my interior roof and floor.
5. i would not recommend these to friends at this time. a few improvements and this idea would be perfect.

Fits 2 different autos, wagon and SUV. Seems sturdy even if the dogs tried to crash out of it, which they wouldn't.

Sent me someone else's package. Called to get it fixed and while the customer service rep was apologetic and nice, there wasn't anything she could do until the incorrect item was received back. Of course I could order another one while I wait for the return and refund. She couldn't even resend one. The best she can do is to have me call back after the FedEx guy picks it up and can issue a refund that tajes at least 5 days or a store credit that will be valid the following business day. And then I can call and reorder. So no matter what I have to make at least 3 calls to fix their mistake. So she sets up an appointment for FedEx to pick up box before 1pm the next day. I had to leave by 130 and he still hadn't arrived :( because I can't call and continue till he picks it up. Well, at 730pm he finally picks it up. I call and they are closed even though the automated message that you have to repeatedly listen to says they should still be open for an hr. So I will have another 3 calls to make. Not impressed with service. Have yet to see product.
