I was excited to get the Safety Barrier but as I started examining the parts I found there were 4 broken plastic pieces. I've never had this much trouble with any do it yourself product. I called customer service, she wasn't surprised or apologetic. I still opted to have them send replacement parts and I have high hopes that it will go together smoothly later.

Love the product even though some of the clamps were broken which caused it to rattle when you drove around.
I emailed customer service asking for new clamps and instead of just sending them to me, they refunded my entire purchase! Can't say enough good things about the service thats for sure!
Will definitely buy again from this company and refer to friends.
